What data we collect

Contact form: name, email, optional phone number, company, topic and message body. CMS panel: email address and password hash, session in an HttpOnly cookie. Cookie consent is stored locally in the browser. After you agree we load Google Analytics 4: page views, the traffic source and the device type.

Purpose

To reply to an enquiry, keep the panel login session and, after consent, site traffic statistics. We do not sell data and we do not use Google ads.

Legal basis and retention

Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (enquiry, legitimate interest of handling it). Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We keep messages for up to 24 months, the session for up to 12 hours. Analytics data until you withdraw consent, or according to the Google property setting.

Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Complaint: the Polish DPA (PUODO). You can withdraw Analytics consent in the footer (Cookies).

Google Analytics

After you agree we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). IP addresses are truncated. Data may go to the US under Google standard contractual clauses. The script does not load until you agree.
